2017: A Year of Growth and Giving Back at ClickPay

ClickPay had another record-breaking year – processing over a billion dollars a month, growing clients and transactions exponentially, and expanding presence nationwide. While valuing of all that was accomplished, ClickPay is most thankful for its team. ClickPay has the most talented, hard working team in the industry and are proud of the community fostered at ClickPay. The team is dedicated to client success and promoting the company culture but, importantly, they are dedicated to contributing to the broader community.

In an effort to give back to non-profit organizations that give so much to their clients and communities, ClickPay contributed to a number of charities this holiday season. Notable contributions included sending Halloween candy to Operation Gratitude, an organization that mails care packages to U.S. troops, first responders, veterans, military families, and wounded heroes & their caregivers. ClickPay employees are collecting cans and coats for a local organization that ClickPay supports annually called NJ Buddies. NJ Buddies provides health services, food, clothing and housing to those with HIV/ AIDS. Lastly, ClickPay donated toys to Toys for Tots to help underserved children have a brighter holiday season.

The SPIRIT Committee at ClickPay was designed to promote the company culture and support charitable initiatives. Brian Connor, chair of the ClickPay SPIRIT Committee, led this year’s holiday giving initiatives. “Our employees initiated a plan to devote time and resources to make a positive impact in the community we work and live in. It is a wonderful time of year for us with many client and company celebrations, but we are also extremely conscious of those in need during the holiday season and throughout the year. We at ClickPay want to make an impact and I am proud to be a part of an organization who believes in a sense of community.”

ClickPay believes that volunteering assists non-profit organizations in creating solutions within communities. To further ClickPay‘s involvement in the local community, ClickPay recently announced that all employees will be allocated a Day of Service. The Day of Service is a designated day for ClickPay employees to volunteer at one of a number of local organizations for a company-sponsored service project. In addition to serving community needs, the Day of Service will promote employee leadership and connection, especially as employees are able to select an organization of personal meaning. The Day of Service supports a foundational pillar of ClickPay‘s company culture and will be a valuable contributor to our local communities.
